Delivery Information
The delivery charge for products is based on weight, dimension and delivery address. Please allow 3–5 business days for delivery after dispatch. The prices within the online store DO NOT include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges that you may incur.
Although we try and get all of our orders dispatched on the day of order placement, this may not always be possible due to the following reasons:
- We may need to make additional checks on your credit card which could delay your order.
- Products not in stock at the time of ordering will be dispatched upon delivery from our suppliers.
- Occasionally if a particular product is in high demand we will need to re-order from our suppliers.
