Payment MethodsPayment methods accepted include American Express, Mastercard or Visa through our secure server gateway (or by fax, phone or normal mail). You may also pay by direct deposit, cheque or money order.
Cheque or Money OrderPlease note that Cheques and Money Orders must be denominated in Australian dollars. Ordering by cheque may take a little longer, as your order cannot be dispatched until the funds are cleared (this usually takes 3 working days).

We cannot take responsibility for payments that do not reach us, therefore we suggest you use Registered Post or some other insured form of postage.

Online Credit Card PaymentYou may pay using our online secure server gateway using your American Express, Visa or Mastercard credit card.
Credit Card via Phone/Fax/MailWhen paying by phone we will need the card number, card type (e.g. Amex, Visa, Mastercard), expiry date, 3-digit identification number on the reverse of your card and the name on the card. If faxing or posting, make sure you include your name, address and order number also.

ImportantOrders that have not been paid online with a credit card will only be held pending payment in our warehouse for 14 days. If we do not receive your payment within 14 days of the date your order was placed, your items will be returned to stock.
