1. All products sold or supplied by Concept Partners Victoria to you, the Customer, are sold on these terms and conditions.
2. Your order and purchase are governed by the Laws of Victoria.
3. You warrant that all details, including your name, address, credit card number and expiry date you provide for the purposes of this order are correct.
4. You agree to the cost, indicated as the Total amount, in Australian Dollars (AUD) in your final order confirmation.
5. Returns will not be accepted unless authorised by the Concept Partners Victoria.
6. Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless an incorrect or defective item was shipped).
